~ Sending Personalized Care Packages to Mothers
Join the MaMa Africa Program and help us send maternal care packages to at-risk mothers in Africa and in the United States. A mother who is considered to be "at-risk" is a mother who does not have the needed resources to care well for herself or newborn child. In addition, at-risk mothers are also mothers who are dealing with extreme mental distress, poverty, or education limitations. MaMa Africa aims to address some of these issues and bring awareness about concerning maternal care throughout Africa and in communities in the United States. Ultimately, the MaMa Africa Program hopes to find ways to help improve maternal health care worldwide. The MaMa Africa Program will be in ten African countries and three American cities sending hope in an unique personalized way to mothers in need.
